REFUND POLICY

Refunds

• ALL sales are final.  We do not offer refunds for online orders or preorders. If you've placed a preorder, you will receive your product as promised.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can only be made on Ready To Wear items in the case that you received the wrong item(s) or item(s) arrived damaged (a mistake made on our end only). NO PRODUCT MARKED AS PREMADE OR PREORDER CAN BE EXCHANGED. Custom products are not exchangeable/refunded.
• Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date.
• To request an exchange, email us at sales@kingdomlegacyapparel.com for confirmation and the correct return address.
• Do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
